Welcome to TD Helps, Ingrid. We'd be happy to help point you in the right direction.
We hope you understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as this is considered an unsecure forum. To best assist you, we ask that you connect with our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After account verification, we'd be happy to confirm this update with you.
If you are able to visit us during lobby hours, our Store Customer Service Specialists can also help! To locate the nearest TD Store to you, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another option to confirm this information is by sending us a secure message via your TD Online Banking. If you are not set up for Online Banking, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, Social Security number and ATM/debit card handy to complete the enrollment process. If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the number provided above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up.
Once you've successfully enrolled and after you log in, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. If it has been confirmed that your address has not been updated, you may visit the Customer Service tab and click on the Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address link to update this information.
We hope the information provided helps and please let us know if you have any other questions. Have a wonderful day!
