Thank you so much for asking about Bill Pay, as a recent update has been made! We'd be glad to tell you more.
We recently introduced some enhancements to your Bill Pay experience within Online Banking, which did change the appearance of this section in your online account. We'd like to reassure you that your payments will continue to be issued in the same way, but you can expect these additional features:
-Help tips right next to various bill options
-Expandable bill listing for full details on biller and past/future payments
-Estimated payment arrival time clearly displayed, including electronic vs. paper-check delivery method
-Improvements to how you can access Bill Pay features
Please continue to visit the "Payment Center" under the Bill Pay tab and follow the prompts to make your payments.
Kindly note that if you haven't been able to view all of the features available on the Bill Pay page, you may need to update your browser to the latest version. All of the features in Bill Pay may no longer be available with Internet Explorer 8 (or earlier). Newer browser versions support enhanced security and greater compatibility with today's websites.
