Have a TD Business checking, TD Visa and TD Business Loan. Our new address is reflected on checking account and visa but not on our business loan. How can I get this address corrected?

There are different ways you may submit your address change request. We'll explain the steps in details.
If you have personal accounts with TD Bank or business accounts with only one signer on the accounts and the accounts are opened longer than 30 days, you can request your address change 24/7 via telephone at 888-751-9000. You may also send a request using Online Banking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Clicking onto this link will bring you to our TD Bank login page. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that shows "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address". Please note, this option is only for Customers who have enrolled for Online Banking longer than 30 days.
For Business Deposit Accounts with Multiple Signers or new accounts which are opened less than 30 days, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store or via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

Please include the following information:
Your account number A specific request to update your mailing address and telephone numbers Full signatures of all authorized signers on the account for verification purposes (If there are multiple signers on the account) A daytime and evening phone number where you may be reached if necessary

The change of address for a Personal loan can be completed by calling (800) 328-2119, stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our "Send a Message" feature through Online Banking which will send a secured email to change your address.
Unsecured Line of Credits and Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling (800) 328-2119.
Please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
