Thanks for taking the time out of your day and writing to us here at TD Helps, Eray!
You'll be happy to know that you can make an ATM withdrawal from any ATM machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo across the globe! You may locate the standard daily ATM Visa/Debit card limits in the Personal and Business Deposit Account Agreements. Funds availability may be limited by factors such as your current available balance or a predetermined authorized daily limit established at your request. For standard daily withdrawal limits for your TD Bank ATM Visa/Debit card, please check our Account Agreement http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pgs., 43-44).
You have a few options on how to request an increase if you are expecting to withdraw or spend more than what is permitted on your daily limit.
First, you can send us a written request via fax. You can send the fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138, and please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature
If you're within TD footprint, you may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Lastly, you can send us a secure message via online banking to submit this request. If you have enrolled for online banking, you may send us a secure message to request this information. After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center".
Please note, limit increases are temporary and the transaction must be completed the same day that the limit increase is granted. If you are interested in a permanent limit increase or decrease, you must visit your local TD Store location to make the request.
If you have not yet left for your trip, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 to have a Customer Service Representative place a travel notification on your accounts, or you can do so in person at a local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. Additionally, a secure message as mentioned above is also a convenient option to communicate with us. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight locations if applicable. However, please be sure to carry more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues.
Just in case that you need to contact us while you're outside the United States, you may do so by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
