It is great to have you here on TD Helps, Regina. We're more than happy to help you log back in to your Online Banking account.
If you have a personal account, and you remember your online banking User Name and have a US Social Security number but have forgotten your Password, you do have the option to reset your Password online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the Password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer 2 Security Questions; after successfully answering the questions, you will be able to reset your Password.
If you do not remember your User Name or don't have a Social Security number, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. To rest your Password for TD Bank BusinessDirect, please contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 using Option 2. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you reset your online banking Password in no time! You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. For TD Bank Store locations, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are referring to your password on www.tdcardservices.com, you can first try the "Recover Password" option on the right side of the logon page as long as you know your current User Name and the email address you registered with. If this is unsuccessful or you need any additional help, please contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
Just in case you do not recall the verification Password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone), you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normal lobby hours to obtain or reset this info in person with your valid photo ID.
Regina, we love our Customers too and appreciate you choosing TD Bank for your banking needs! Let us know if you have other questions and take care.
