We appreciate you reaching out to us, Susan. We'll be sure to give you the information needed to track your statements.
We're sorry to hear you haven't received your statement at this time. To check the status of the statement we recommend you contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. During the call, we'd be happy to request the statement to be mailed to you. Once the request has been completed, you should expect to receive the copy in approximately 7 to 10 business days. To obtain a copy in a shorter amount of time, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store. To find a TD Bank near you, check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another way to obtain your statements is by logging into your personal online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. This option allows you to print statements in the comfort of your home. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking yet, you may do so at http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number, debit or ATM card number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process.
In addition, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
We hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
