Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Vincent! We're happy to point you in the right direction to add a new account to your existing Online Banking profile.
You may contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Tech Support Specialists to have your account added; once we verify your account(s), we'll be able to update your existing Online Banking profile. Another option would be visiting your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours and a Customer Service Representative can assist if you are unable to connect with us via telephone. Alternately, since you mentioned that you already have access to online banking, you can send us a Secure Message by first logging into your profile here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once in, please select the "Customer Service" option at the top. From here, select "Send a Message" under the "Message Center." This will allow you to send us a request to add your new account to your existing online profile (please make sure you include the full account number). You should receive a response from us upon completion within 24-48 hours and at your next login, you'll be able to see your new account!
