From your message, it sounds like you were experiencing difficulties signing in to your Online Banking. If you remember your user name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security Number, it will ask to you answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
