i'm having problem logging into my account on my laptop for over a week now.

To start, based on the information you have provided us with, it sounds as if this issue may be caused by your internet browser. Currently our website, www.tdbank.com, is compatible with almost all of the most popular internet browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. We recommend checking to ensure that the internet browser you have installed is up to date, as this may cause disruption issues.
In addition, we'd also like to recommend disabling any plugins or themes to restore your browser defaults.
