Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulties, Lynda but we're here to help!
As you mentioned that you're experiencing a problem logging in to your Online Banking account, there are a few possibilities. If your user name or password isn't working as expected, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you in unlocking your account or resetting this information. Please contact us directly at 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help you. If you haven't been able to log in due to any issue on our webpage, please note that our site is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you are not using the newest version of one of these browsers, we suggest making this update.
