I have been having problems for the last two weeks with the sign-on screen freezing up when I try to enter my user name and password. I have to refresh the screen 4-5 times before I can sign in. This has been happening on 2 computers serviced by different providers. I've even tried several times to enter this problem on your contact site but when I hit send I come up with a page that says that the address can't be found. I am using the latest version of Internet Explorer for Windows 8.
