User name and password does not work

If you're unable to log in to your account and believe you have the correct User Name, you may reset your password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password.
If you're unsure of both your credentials, we apologize for any trouble and are glad to direct you to a friendly Digital Banking Specialist, who will be more than happy to assist you in resetting this information.
