Hi, Laurei, thanks for connecting with us through TD Helps!
We understand how hard it is to keep track of all your passwords and we are sorry to hear about you losing your book. Please don't worry, as we have several options available to help you recover this information.
If you remember your user name for your TD Online account and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security Number, it will ask to you answer two of your security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
If you can't remember some of this information, that's okay! Another easy way to recover your user name and reset your password is to contact one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 to assist you. You also have the option to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where we will also be able to help. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
Additionally, as you mentioned that your password book is misplaced, we'd like to share a link with you: http://bit.ly/1iBVzl6. Here, you'll find some of our online security tips including password protection information.
We hope this helps you today, Laurei! Thanks for visiting, and stop by again anytime.
