I have attempted to withdraw money from my Paypal account twice. Each time the transfer has been 'reversed' after three days. Troubleshooting on the paypal website indicates that it may be my TD account that is cancelling the transfer due to not 'trusting' the source. How can I transfer that money? Why is this happening?
