If you are unable to give us a call, you are able to send us a secure message via Online Banking in regards to your loan. If you are already enrolled, you are able to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're signed in, on the left hand side you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, we ask that you visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at our Store locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. While there, you are able to discuss the letter you've received in regards to your loan.
