Good afternoon, Nathalie, and thanks for stopping by TD Helps for your answer.
As you'd like to transfer funds from your TD Bank in U.S. account to another individual's bank account in Thailand, you will need to visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours to initiate an outgoing international wire transfer. We apologize as this option is not currently available via telephone or online banking. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once at the Store, you will need to provide the name and address of the receiving bank, as well as their SWIFT/BIC code. You will also need the name on the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number. As you mentioned that it is going to be an international wire, please review additional information on sending international wires at http://bit.ly/1oowsYN.
We utilize the services of correspondent and/or intermediary banks to transfer funds to banks overseas. These banks might charge a fee for their services, and the correspondent and/or intermediary bank might deduct these fees from the wire transfer amount. Please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender. For more information on fees for wire transfers, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Have a wonderful weekend, Nathalie!
