Thanks for getting in touch with us, Robert. Sorry to hear about any difficulties but we'll be happy to help get your online account back up and running.
Since we're unsure from your question which type of issue you may have been having, we'll provide a few tips first which may help!
First, we recommend checking to make sure that you have entered your login information as you intended. Please keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive, and please check to be sure that your Caps Lock key is in the correct position – either on or off depending on what you have selected for your credentials.
If you are still unable to log in and believe you know your User Name, you may reset your Password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password.
Or, if by any chance you were experiencing an issue with one of your security questions, please keep in mind that answers to these are not case-sensitive; however they do require the answer you originally provided for the question. For example, if you originally answered "New York City" to the question "In what city were you born?", then you must provide "New York City" as the answer each time when your are being challenged with this question, not "New York" or "NYC." For security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions, you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw.
Please understand that even though we would like to help you directly, because TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we do not have access to your personal account information. With that being said, if you still need assistance we do ask that you contact us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After you connect with our Specialists and after account verification, we would be happy to help.
You're also welcome anytime at any of our convenient Store locations. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
Hope this helps a bit, Robert! Best of luck with this and enjoy your Sunday.
