Great of you to visit us today at TD Helps, Ro-Shawn.
If you have no way available of having your new TD Debit Card, which was mailed to your home address, forwarded to your current location in Jamaica, there is another option available to obtain a new Debit Card.
You may send us a secure message regarding your request. If you're already enrolled for Online Banking with us, you can access your online profile by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you have not enrolled, please give us a call at 856-751-9000 or you can call collect from a landline at 215-569-0518. After account verification, we'd be happy to help get you set up!
Once you are logged in, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located under the “Message Center.” When you get there, please select "General Customer Service" as your subject and then you can include in your message the following:
-Your name as it appears
-Account Number, card number or Social Security number
-Address card is going to
-Statement: I take full responsibility for card being sent to this alternate address
-Delivery Type – Expedited or Emergency Overnighted
You can also fax your request to: 856-533-1138. In addition to the information needed mentioned above, we ask that you sign and date your request.
You should then expect to receive your new TD Debit Card in the mail within 7-10 business days. Please note, delays may occur as your card is being mailed to a location outside the United States.
We hope this helps and please have a great day.
