Hi, Margarita! Hope all is well with you and we'll be glad to let you know how you can check on this transaction.
First, please understand that even though we would like to help you directly, because TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we do not have access to your personal account information. With that being said, we do ask that you contact us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After you connect with our Specialists and after account verification, we would be happy to check on the debit you're expecting.
Additionally, you may visit any TD Bank Store so that we can review your account in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you prefer and you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may check your account for the debit directly, or you can send us a Secure Message so that we can review your account further. To check your account or send a Secure Message, you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. To send a message, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Or, simply click on the account you would like to view to check for the transaction.
If you're not currently using this feature, signing up is quick and easy. If you have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card number and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you'd like to enroll but don’t have some of the information required, just give us a call at the number above and we can enroll your account right over the phone.
Hope this gets you the information you need, Margarita! Thanks again for stopping by and have a great Friday!
