Thank you for coming by TD Helps today, Sami! We'll be more than happy to show you how to enroll your account in paperless statements.
Enrolling in paperless statements is done through your Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Once you've enrolled for Online Banking, you will have immediate access to view your account information. To sign up for paperless statements, please select the "Online Statement Settings" link listed under the " Help & Related Tasks" box on the left side of your screen or you could select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Self Service, click on "Online Statement Settings" link. After selecting the necessary link, you will now be at the "Update Online Statement Settings" page. Please select the account(s) you'd like to change the statement settings for, confirm your email address, and also read the "Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement" and the "Hardware and Software Requirements", a window should pop up. After reading the required documents, please check the boxes and select "Save Changes".
Please check your email for a message stating when a statement is available for viewing. To view a copy of a statement, you can do so by selecting the "Statements" tab under "Account History".
