We're sorry that you're having trouble ordering checks, and we'll be more than happy to help!
As you mentioned that you would like to have a new check order placed using your Online Banking, the first thing you'll need to do it log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't signed up for Online Banking yet, don't worry! This can be completed using this link: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY, and in order to do so, you will need your debit card number, account number, Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you're able to access your Online Banking, you'll want to next click on the 'Customer Service' tab, located towards the upper, right hand side of your screen. Then, under the 'Special Request and Documents' section, click on 'Order Checks'. From here, select the account type you wish to order checks for, and after pressing 'Continue', you will be directed to a new page, which is powered by our partners, Harland Clarke. You can then either select to place a Quick Order, or you may also Shop Full Catalog. Simply follow the prompts, and when you're ready, you can place your order!
Typically, checks will take anywhere from 7-10 business days to be delivered to your address, and should you need checks before then, we invite you to connect with your nearest TD Store location, as they may be able to provide you with temporary checks. If you'd prefer to order your checks with a live person, you may also speak with a Customer Service Representative at your nearest TD Store, and they'll be happy to help, during lobby hours. Additionally, our Banking Specialist are also happy to help with placing a check order, and for your convenience, they can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000.
