Last year, TD Bank turned us down for a mortgage loan because of negative items on our credit score. We have since purchased a house, paid for it and now wish to obtain a home equity loan. Our Fico Credit score is now "good" (700-739), but we want to know what our chances are of being approved before starting the loan process. (I understand each application for approval will lower my score. Can you help with any information on this matter?
