Hello I am a Canadian Citizen and was wondering since I may be retiring to Bermuda, csn I open a bank account there now without a local address? I am currently living in Europe and do not have any bank accounts in Canada anymore.

Hi Alex! Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps.
Congratulations on your upcoming retirement! Bermuda sounds like a perfect place to go.
It sounds like you may be interested in opening an account at TD Canada Trust prior to moving. You've reached us here at TD Bank in the United States, but we'd like to help get you in touch with a representative in Canada that can offer advice for your particular situation.
You can start by posing your question to our friends at TD Helps in Canada, by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. If you'd like to speak with a representative at TD Canada Trust directly, you can call their 24/7 Customer Service line at 866-222-3456. We also want to provide you with a link to all of TD Canada Trust's contact info. You can find that by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2tp27BR.
We're certain they'll give you all the info you'll need to open your new account.
We wish you the very best of luck in your move and a happy retirement! Take care, Alex.
