Hello. I am a customer of your bank. I am a citizen of Israel. but I have an account with your bank. I would like to make purchases using my card on the Internet but I can not. please, can anybody help me in this?

We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your TD Bank VISA Debit Card, and while were always happy to help with any questions or concerns, please understand that TD Helps is not currently considered a secure forum of contact. Because of this, unfortunately, we do not have access to your account or personal information, and so that we may better assist you, we'd like to recommend that you connect with us directly.

As you mentioned that you are currently in Israel, you're also welcome to call collect, with operator assistance from any landline phone, by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
If you're unable to call, we understand, and would like to recommend that you send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
