I went into the bank before my trip to notify them I would be out of the country. I was told I would have no problems. Now I am in Costa rica and I cannot take money out.

Another way to connect with us while traveling is to send us a Secure Message via your Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in online banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Account number, ATM/Debit card number, Social Security number, and email address. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. In your message, please provide details regarding your Debit Card issue.
