Hey Lisa, welcome to TD Helps. We would be happy to help.
Because Girl Scout Accounts require a TIN during the account opening process, when enrolling for Online Banking, this Account would be considered a Non-profit Business Account.
We would be happy to help guide you through this Online Banking enrollment process. Please click here to start the enrollment process: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. This link will take you directly to the “Online Banking Sign Up” page. Please choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the Business Name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. If the Taxpayer Identification number is used by more than one Troop we ask that you give our dedicated Digital Banking Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 so we can discuss online enrollment options with you.
If you do not have a TD Debit Card for your business or if you prefer, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help with your business Online Banking enrollment. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps Lisa. Have a great day and let us know if you have any other questions.
