Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps, L.S.
We're sorry to hear that you're receiving unsolicited calls. As we're unsure which number you've received calls from, we'd like to provide you a couple of options.
The calls may be Marketing calls. We'd be happy to take a look into this and update any marketing preferences if we can. Please give us a call at 888-937-1050. You can also click here: https://go.td.com/2bEk9JV to review information about Privacy and Marketing Preferences. This page details what information is collected and how it is used. We also provide an address if you'd prefer to contact us in writing.
If you're concerned that someone has opened an account using your information, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We'd be happy to take a look and take additional steps if necessary.
As we see you're writing in from Canada, we want to also provide you information for TD Canada Trust. If the calls you are receiving are in reference to a Canadian account rather than a United States account, we recommend visiting TD Canada Trust at https://go.td.com/1vT0aGD. Once there, click the 'Contact Us' link at the top of the page. We're certain they will be able to help you to get this resolved.
We hope to hear from you soon to get this resolved. Have a great day, L.S.!
