We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble enrolling in Online Banking, Dorothy.
Please know that after three attempts to enroll in Online Banking, the system itself will not allow you to attempt to enroll again for security reasons. If this is the case and you've been locked out of the enrollment process, you will need to contact us directly to sign up.
