Congratulations on your new home, Paul! We're sure you want to get your payments started on the right foot and we'll be glad to advise you.
Since you mentioned that your mortgage was recently established, please note that a loan or line of credit with us generally becomes available to view online up to 14 business days after closing. This will occur automatically once your loan is fully available in our system.
If this time frame passes and you're still unable to view your new loan, we can usually fix this issue quickly and easily for you. If this is the case, please contact a Tech Support Specialist 24/7, so that we can add the account online for you. We can be reached at 800-493-7562.
