I have a checking account and I had opened it up online but I cannot log into my account why?

As you mentioned that you're unable to log in to your account, there are a few possibilities. If your user name or password isn't working as expected, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you in unlocking your account or resetting this information. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help you.
