You have multiple options on how to pay off your debt and open a new TD Bank account. First, you may contact our Recovery Department Mon-Fri 8:00am-9:00pm, Sat 8:00am-5:00pm at 800-742-2651 to make payment arrangements on your previously closed account. Once the overdrawn balance has been paid off, you can request to open a new account with TD Bank. Please note, closed accounts cannot be re-opened regardless of the causes for it closing.
