Good morning, Thomas and thank you for visiting us on TD Helps today.
We currently offer a wide array of Business accounts; some accounts do require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fee, some particular account types do offer different ways to avoid monthly maintenance fee.
We invite you to check out http://bit.ly/1djmCpZ for information about the Small Business accounts we offer. Once you are on this page, please locate the account type you currently have. Underneath the account name, please click on "View Account Guide for Details"; it will take you to the page where you can find our current Fee Schedule for this particular product type.
To best assist you address your concern; we invite you to speak with our Small Business Team directly. They can be reached 24/7 at 800-493-7562, option 2. After account verification, they'll be more than happy to review your business account with you. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours for additional information and assistance. Although it is not required, we do recommend connecting with the TD Store where your business account was originally opened at directly. For information on our TD Store hours and locations please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Upon proper account verification, they'll be more than happy to confirm the minimum balance requirement on your business account and review your business loan to determine if your business account is eligible for fee waiver. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your account information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
We hope this response has provided some helpful information, Thomas. Thank you for banking with TD Bank!
