tried calling the customer service number but you must have your account number which I do not have since I typically get it off my paper bill and then call and make a payment. My payment is due today and I have no way to pay it now because I can't get through to a customer service rep to get my account #. Please advise me how I can get my account # or how I can speak with a customer service rep.

The Renovate Card is offered via TD Retail Card Services, which is a division of TD Bank. For assistance with your Renovate Card account, you can contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551. If you're not certain of your account number, we recommend that you press "0" until you reach a Representative. They will be more than glad to assist you and are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
