From your message, it sounds like you may have a credit card with Rooms To Go. If so, your card is offered via TD Retail Card Services, a division of TD Bank.
The login page for your account there can be found at www.myonlineaccount.net. Their FAQ page may help you as well: http://bit.ly/171JgQU - one of the questions will help if your password might be the issue and you'd like to try to reset it.
Otherwise, you're free to contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551 and they'll be happy to help you get logged back in. They are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
