First and foremost, as you have stated that you are currently unable to locate your Debit Card, for your account security, we recommend contacting us right away to have this Card closed. For assistance with closing your Debit Card, our Customer Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-856-751-9000. As you are currently in Spain, you may also call us collect with an operator's assistance from any land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
Another option you have would be to send us a secure message via your Online Banking. Once you're logged in to www.tdbank.com, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message" located under the "Message Center" section.
If you have not enrolled, you may do so for free by following this link: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling, or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 by using the number mentioned above.
After account verification, a Specialist will be more than happy to assist you with receiving a new Debit Card. Additionally, your Representative would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
