Sounds like you are the primary TD Visa credit card holder and your wife is the authorized user on your account and her TD Visa credit card numbers are different than yours. In this case, she will need to activate her TD Visa credit card before she can use it. Either you or your wife can contact our TD Card Services Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861, they'll be happy to activate her card upon proper account verification.
