hello, I have just paid my tuition fees for my university by echeck, but nothing has been withdrawn from my account? When Can I get recipt of this transaction?

We're so sorry to hear that your tuition payment has not yet been debited from your account, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Please understand that while we are able to confirm and review transactions that may have already been debited from your account, we are unable to provide receipts for any payments as this information is not provided to us by the merchant. If you were hoping to obtain a receipt, we recommend contacting your college or university for further assistance.
