Thanks for opening a new savings account with us, James! We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
It sounds like you've opened your account online. Because of this, we ask that you contact us directly to best determine when your deposit will be available. You can do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store in your area during lobby hours. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You can also send us a secure message to inquire about your deposit. To do so, please log in to your Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message.
If you have not yet enrolled for Online Banking and have a US Social Security number, you may follow this link to enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. To do so, you'll also need your ATM/Debit Card number and your account number, and once you complete three short steps, you'll have immediate access.
