When visiting a Store and if your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. All signers of the account will need the following documents: a valid photo I. D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc) and their Social Security number. If any of the signers are non-residents of the US, they would need two valid forms of I.D. and a W-8Ben form. Please bring the Tax Identification Number for the business to the Store as well.
If you are looking to open an LLC, there are some additional documents you will need to bring with you. One of the listed documents that are required for an account opening but you can bring more than one if you desire: The documents used to form and register your business, the fictitious name registration or the Operating Agreement. Additionally, you will also need to bring documentation of your LLC Resolution.
Once you have opened the account, you will have access to make both domestic and international wire transfers. For any wire transfer to another domestic financial institution from your TD Bank account, you will need the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
To send an international wire all you need is: · The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to · The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds · The amount and currency of the transfer.
Keep in mind also that depending on the currency you are sending, some transactions may take longer than others. You may want to contact the other financial institution to determine what information they require to receive the wire. Please note, transfer fees may apply, for our fee schedule follow this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
We hope this information answers all your questions, Michael but please let us know should you have any further questions. Have a great day!
