Yes, you can certainly reimburse yourself for the payment you made to your dentist by taking cash out of the ATM using your HSA debit card. We do recommend however, that you reach out to your health care provider to confirm if they would like you to retain any records or receipts of the withdrawal (and your dentist visit) for the upcoming tax year.
If you have any additional questions about your HSA account, please feel free to contact our dedicated HSA Department directly at (800) 597-4437 and choose Option 3. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm to answer any questions you may have.
