We appreciate your question at TD Helps today, Amber! We are more than happy to help with options to find your account number.
We understand that you’ve recently opened your TD account; however, if you have received a statement for your account, your account number will be located at the top right corner of the page. Also, if you've received checks, your account number would be the second set of numbers located on the bottom of the check. For more information, please view: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
Another way to view your account number is via Online Banking. If you're already enrolled, once you log in please click on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage to see your account number(s). If you're not enrolled yet, please call us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 and we can help you get set up. If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a TD Store. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Store location near you. While you're there and verified with photo ID, a Representative will also be able to provide you with your account number.
You will also need your TD Bank routing (ABA) number for the deposit. If you do not already have this number, please note that routing numbers are based on the State where you originally opened your account. For a list of our routing numbers by State, please visit: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
Once you’ve obtained your account number and routing, you may find it easier to utilize our already prefilled Direct Deposit Authorization Form which is available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. This form can be presented to your school to begin your direct deposit.
We hope we have provided some convenient options for you today. Feel free to visit any time and enjoy your day!
