Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, Christopher.
We'd like to inform you that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone. However, there are a few options you have to retrieve your account number and we are happy to provide them to you.
You may view your account number located on your personal check. The account number is the second set of numbers shown on the bottom of the check. Take a look at our Check Sample for help on where you can locate this information: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K. You may also view your account number by looking at your paper statements; which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account.
If you don't have any paper statements on hand, that is okay. You also have the option of viewing your account number via your Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for assistance with the enrollment process. Once you've enrolled successfully, your account number will be shown on the first page after you log in or you could select the "Accounts" tab.
Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you believe your account may be compromised we recommend that you contact our Fraud Unit at 800- 893-8554.
We hope you find this information helpful, Christopher and enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi Enoch. Thanks for joining us.
We're happy to let you know that the instructions Megan provided above are still accurate. While we're unable to provide out account numbers, they are easily accessible through online banking or at the bottom of your checks.
If you haven't done so already, you can enroll in online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. If you're doing this from a mobile device or tablet, it can be done with our app. Simply download our app to begin. You can click here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H to find our app for Apple or Google.
To start, you'll be asked to select whether this if for a personal or business account and press 'Continue'. You will then need to accept our Terms and Conditions to continue. Once you've accepted, you'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to enter the info I've listed above, as well as your name, email address, and what type of account you have. You can then create your username. Please note that usernames must contain at least one letter and one number and must be 6 to 32 characters in length. Once that's done, you'll need to create your password. Passwords are case sensitive, can be 8-32 characters in length, and must contain at least one letter and one number. Once you've entered all of this information, press 'Continue' to set up your Security Questions. Once this completed, you'll be all set!
If you do not have all of the necessary information or are still experiencing problems enrolling in Online Banking, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Reps would be happy to get your online banking set up for you. You're also welcome to stop into any of our Stores to be assisted in person. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this info helps you find your account number. Have a wonderful day, Enoch!
