Hello, I m from Slovakia and I wrote to TD bank in Lake George if you can closed my account but nobody wrote me. Can you closed my account please?

If you still have a balance on your account, to close your account via mail, we do ask that you send the request to your home Store. You home Store is the Store you visited to open the account. If Lake George is your home Store and you have not received a reply to your request, we apologize for the delay, and ask that you contact us at the number listed above.
If your account has a zero balance, you may contact us to close the account via phone or, if you are enrolled in Online Banking, you may send us a secure message. Please log in to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once logged in, visit the Customer Service tab. The "Send a Message" link will be available there for you to make your request. Should you require any increase for your debit card limits, this may also be done via this messaging system.
