I have recently opened an account with TD Bank while visiting New York, US. Currently, I am outside of the US, as I live in Venezuela.
Since 2 weeks ago I have been trying to log in to online banking, and it says that I have to reset the password, so I click in reset password, and it ask me for the last 4 numbers of the SSN but I do not have one, I opened a Student account with my Venezuelan passport so I tried with the last 4 numbers of the passport and nothing, so here is the real problem here in Venezuela since 7 months ago we cannot make international calls, yes all the country, so what can I do?
