Hello, Fernando and welcome to TD Helps. You came to the right place for assistance!
If you haven't logged in to your TD Bank account in a while, don't worry as we'll be happy to walk you through it.
From your message, it sounds like you already have your TD Bank Online profile set up. If so, you can begin your login here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once there, you'll just need to enter your existing TD Bank User Name and Password to access your account. Since it's been some time, we'll also review some options just in case you run in to any trouble.
If your login information doesn't work right away, we recommend checking to make sure that you have entered your credentials as you intended. Please keep in mind that Passwords are case-sensitive, and please check to be sure that your Caps Lock key is off.
If you are still unable to log in but believe you have the correct User Name, you may reset your Password by following the link above. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the Password field. Select the account type, and type in your User Name. You will then be asked to answer two Security Questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your Password.
If for any reason you're still unable to access your account, we invite you to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They will be able to assist you in recovering your login info and resetting your account access. You can also stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help. Please visit here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you.
Once your online account is up and running again, a more convenient option for you to check your account might be using our Mobile App! If you haven't already done so, to download the TD Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. And if your account has been open for 90 days or more and you would like to begin using the Mobile Deposit feature, please see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
Just in case you're trying to reset your online profile for www.tdcardservices.com, and you remember the User Name and the email address you registered with, you can reset your Password here: http://bit.ly/1mngews. If you're are unsure of both your User Name and your Password, you reach out to a TD Card Services Specialist at 888-561-8861 anytime 24/7 as well. A dedicated Specialist will be glad to help get you back online in no time!
We hope this will help you with the log in process, Fernando. We welcome you to stop back if you have additional questions, and enjoy your weekend.
