e- statements through my given e - mail address. However, since my return from the US, I have not been able to assess my account online from Nigeria. I am also not receiving account statements via e - mail. What can be the matter?

Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Kenneth. We're sorry to hear of any difficulties with your account and are here to help.
As you mentioned being unable to log in to your TD Bank Online account, we'd like to provide you with some tips you may try.
First, we recommend checking to make sure that you have entered your login credentials as you intended. Please keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive, and please check to be sure that your Caps Lock key is off.
If you are still unable to log in to your account and believe you have the correct user name and a US Social Security number, you may reset your password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your username. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password.
If your account has been locked or you don’t have some of the required information to reset your password, that's okay. As you're writing in from Nigeria, you're welcome to contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During your call, we'll be able to reset your online access or any of your login information for you as needed.
Please also note that once you have enrolled your account in Paperless Statements, you'll receive an email notification when your statement is ready to view, to the email address you provided. However, once you receive this notification, you'll have to log in at www.tdbank.com or using the link above, to view your statements securely on our website.
We hope this information is helpful, Kenneth! We're always here if you have any other questions, take care.
