As a TD Bank Customer, you can access up-to-the-minute account balance and transaction information 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling our automated banking system (IVR) at 1-800-937-2000.
If you are a first time user, your PIN number is set to be the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number. Once that number is dialed in, the automated system will then prompt you to change your PIN number to your desired four-digit sequence.
Additionally, if you have not yet enrolled for online banking and have a TD Bank ATM or Debit Card, US Social Security number and know your account number, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank ATM or debit card or are experiencing any difficulties while doing the online enrollment, you may contact our Banking specialists who are available 24/7. Please note, when calling our Banking Specialists, we do require account verification, for security purposes.
