We appreciate your visit, Eric.
If you do not wish to keep your recent check order or if the order received is not the order requested, please visit us during lobby hours or contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, and we would be happy to look into your request for you. For Store hours and locations please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We would like to share with you that the cost of checks is based on the type of account you have and the style you are looking to purchase. To find out the exact cost for a particular set of checks, you're welcome to give us a call at the number mentioned above or stop by your local TD Bank and we'd be happy to go over the features and benefits of your account.
Eric, since you also mentioned you may use your account to write checks possibly once a year, did you know that you can use our BillPay feature via your TD Online Banking to send payments anywhere within the U.S.? Feel free to take a look here for more information on our Bill Pay feature: http://bit.ly/1o0rwbX. We also invite you to take a look at our Bill Pay FAQs by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1gWIrp7. Once you log into your account, please select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills!
We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
