3 days ago I bought gloves from couch online and I got charged $74 twice so they said they would "refund" me and never did. Because they told me they refunded me I went to an actual coach store thinking it would be easier.. I was wrong.. I ordered gloves from them for $69 it had to be shipped to their store and the next day she calls me and tells me that the ordered canceled and told me she refunded me I still haven't been refunded anything and at this point they owe me $216.. I don't know what else to do.
