We'd be happy to help you with both obtaining your account number and enrolling in online banking.
First, to get your account number, you have a couple of options. If you've ordered checks for your new account, you'll find your account number is the second set of numbers at the bottom of your checks. We offer a sample check online that will show you where your account and routing number can be located as well as a list of all of our routing numbers here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63. If you have not ordered checks, we'd be happy to provide you with your account number in any of our Stores. Just pop in to see us with photo ID and we'll be glad to provide you with both account numbers and even help set up online banking for you! We can also enroll you in online banking by phone with no account number required. Just give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. We'll verify you with your other account and personal info and then get you all set up! Its shouldn’t take us more than a few minutes and we can even stay on the line with you to make sure you're able to successfully log in at home or on your mobile device.
